CYAN is a diocesan wide network for young adults ages 20-35. Most of their current connections and announcements happen through the CYAN Facebook page.
National Catholic Young Adult Ministry Association
The National Catholic Young Adult Ministry Association is a good place to start. Here is their link. Every two years they host a big leadership conference which has been quite successful.
